Antonio is one of the most recognised sports directors in the world. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles in renowned football clubs in Europe and Asia, including the development of the academies at Villarreal and AS Monaco FC. Until February 2023, he worked as the General Sporting Director of Real Betis Balompié, a club with significant growth in Spain’s first division. On June 1, 2023, Cordón became the Football Director at Olympiakos FC in Greece, achieving his second experience in a football ecosystem (Olympiacos, Nottingham Forest, and Rio Ave). He joins Five Eleven Capital as Chief Football Officer.
